Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. At checkout, we will confirm whether delivery is available to your address. For remote or unserviceable areas, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
2. Shipping Charges

3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation, on business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
During sale events or peak seasons (Diwali, Christmas, etc.), processing may take up to 48 hours. We'll keep you informed.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier partner name via email and SMS/WhatsApp. You can track your order directly on the courier partner's website or by contacting us.
6. Shipping Partners
We work with reputed logistics partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Ekart, and others, depending on your delivery location and availability.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail (recipient unavailable or address incorrect), the order will be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges will apply, or a refund will be issued after deducting shipping costs.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or full refund as applicable.
9. Incorrect Address
Please ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. duudo is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address. Address changes after dispatch may not always be possible.
10. Gift Shipments
We ship directly to gift recipients. At checkout, select gift wrapping and add a personalised message — we'll ensure no invoice with pricing is included in the package. The invoice is sent to your registered email only.
