Return Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective upon inspection.

2. Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be in unused and unwashed condition
• Have all original tags and labels intact
• Be in the original packaging (poly bag, box, or wrapping as received)
• Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)

Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Used, washed, or altered products
• Items purchased on sale / clearance (unless defective)
• Gift cards
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents
• Items returned without prior approval from our team

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us — email hello@duudo.in or WhatsApp +91 98765 43210 within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide details — share your Order ID, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason with photographs if applicable.
3. Approval — our team will confirm return eligibility within 24–48 hours.
4. Pickup — for approved returns, we will arrange a pickup from your delivery address. Pack the item securely before the scheduled pickup.
5. Inspection & Resolution — once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

5. Return Shipping

• Defective or wrong item: Return pickup is completely free of charge.
• Change of mind / size issue: A nominal reverse pickup fee of ₹60 will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Self-Ship Returns

If a pickup is not available at your pincode, you may self-ship the product to our address. Please use a trackable courier and share the tracking details with us. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs (up to ₹60) for defective/wrong item returns upon receipt of the courier receipt.

7. Refund After Return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For details see our Refund Policy.
