Refund Policy

1. Our Refund Commitment

At duudo, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds for eligible orders within 7 days of delivery. Please read the conditions below carefully before initiating a refund request.

2. Eligible Reasons for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You received a defective or damaged product
• The wrong item was delivered (different from what you ordered)
• The product is significantly different from the description on our website
• The product was not delivered within the promised timeframe (after investigation)

3. Non-Refundable Items & Situations

• Products that have been used, washed, or tampered with
• Items without original tags and packaging
• Products returned after the 7-day window
• Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional events (unless defective)
• Gift cards
• Change-of-mind returns where the product matches description (only exchange is offered)

4. Refund Process

1. Email us at hello@duudo.in or WhatsApp us at +91 98765 43210 within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share your order number and clear photographs of the product and issue.
3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
4. If approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your address (no cost to you for defective/wrong items).
5. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Method

Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout:

• Credit/Debit cards: 5–7 business days
• UPI / Wallets: 1–3 business days
• Net Banking: 5–7 business days
• COD orders: Bank transfer (NEFT) within 5–7 business days — please provide bank details

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted — for example, if an item shows signs of use, has missing parts, or is returned after the 7-day window at our discretion.

7. Exchanges

We're happy to exchange a product for a different size or variant, subject to availability. Exchange requests follow the same process as refunds. Shipping for the replacement item is free of charge.
